10-MILE
Start and Finish: Inside Gas Works Park
Route Description: Runners will embark on a scenic journey around Lake Union, including running down Eastlake and along Westlake Ave. N., offering panoramic views of the water, the Space Needle, and the Fremont Bridge.
Support: The course will have aid stations and toilets approximately every 2 miles, and medics will be available at the finish line.
10K
Start and Finish: Gas Works Park
Route Description: Similar to the 10-mile, but with a turnaround point suited for the 10K distance, this route offers runners a shorter, yet equally scenic experience around Lake Union's landmarks.
Support: As with the 10-mile course, participants will find aid stations approximately every 2 miles and medical support at the end.
